About the Course
Living Life to the Full – 12 Hours that can change your life
This course helps people to make a difference to their lives. Each session is expertly moderated and includes a booklet. Participants are taught how to deal with their feelings when fed up, worried, or hopeless, and learn skills that help them tackle life’s problems. This course is open to anyone and great for people who recognize their thought habits creating anxiety or stress in their life. Or perhaps people who are feeling that they lack a bit of direction or are not enjoying themselves. This class will help you to take back control with simple steps that YOU CAN DO! So you can get on with doing everything else you want to do! Feel Happier Right NOW! Learn skills you can transfer to helping others, and most of all, not just get back in control but learn how to stay in control!
This course will be offered over 8 evenings.
- Course Days: Wednesdays – 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Course Start Date: October 18, 2017
- Course End Date: December 6, 2017
- Location: CMHA Manitoba and Winnipeg, 930 Portage Avenue – lower level

There will be a limited number of spaces in the course set aside for those on a fixed or low income requiring a subsidy. These spaces will be held until two weeks prior to the start of the course.
