Brought to you by popular demand! These weekly sessions in creative arts will be fun, engaging and get you into the ‘artistic flow.’ Discover how art making – painting, drawing, clay, sculpture, music and writing – can reduce stress, improve concentration, support self-expression, build confidence, and inspire change. No previous experience necessary. No ‘talent’ required. All you need for this course is curiosity about making art and a desire to enhance your recovery experience.
