Are you 55 years or older and struggling with loneliness and isolation? This one hour online course will explore the experience of loneliness and focus on the differences between loneliness and isolation and solitude. Strategies to manage loneliness will be shared and discussed.
To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage during these challenging current events.
