It is difficult to feel any sense of control during stressful times but one thing you can take control of is how you treat your body. Learn how a nutritious diet and exercise contribute to your mental health and overall well-being. To join this course, you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed your registration. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage daily and during challenging current events.
