The experience of triggers is typically associated with past trauma. This course will describe the experience of triggers and inform the types of triggers and the therapies and techniques that can assist a person to be able to effectively deal with the experience of being triggered. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to respond to surprising experiences that bring on emotions and memories.
