September is the month of new starts where we return to the classroom to get one step closer to graduation. High school learning has looked different for everyone since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic. In this webinar we hope to support you; hear from you; and resource you so you can make meaningful connections in a physically distancing world.
If you are a champion of mental health we want you to come and share how you have been supporting your classmates, listening to their concerns and mobilizing your school to provide increased mental health promotion. We often hear from students about their eagerness to be engaged in being an active participant in creating space to talk about the issues and concerns that arise as a result of stress.
With the current statistics reporting that 60% of high school students are experiencing greater symptoms of anxiety and depression during the pandemic – there is no better time then now to create a safe space to support, hear and resource students. We look forward to virtually meeting you!
