When we exchange information in the workplace, we refer to it as professional communication because it is critical that information and conversation is delivered in a style that is appropriate and respectful. This course will provide you with some guidelines for professional communication and indicate the Do’s and the Don’ts of workplace communication. This course involves a practice lab after the initial course information is presented for anyone interested in practicing their communication skills.
