Anxiety is a natural part of getting through this pandemic experience. Much worry can happen when the future is unknown. This course will discuss the symptoms of anxiety which are often physical, as well as mental and emotional. Various types of anxiety will be identified along with treatment options and coping strategies. We will discuss techniques to reduce anxiety will be provided including mindfulness activities.
