About the Course
Self-compassion means you respond to yourself with kindness when you are going through a difficult time. Do you struggle with self-compassion? This three session course will help you understand the benefits of being kind to yourself and how to develop a regular practice of self-compassion.
Course Date & Time: Fridays, January 18, 25 and February 1, 2019 – 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
