About the Course
Research tells us that twenty minutes of exercise can improve your mood and that being immersed in nature is significantly calming and relaxing. This course will explore the connection between walking and wellness and provide you with several different techniques for wellness. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a water bottle, dress for the weather and come out for a weekly group walk.
Date & Time: Fridays, June 8 to August 24, 2018 – 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Location: June 29, 2018 – Forks Market under the canopy between the Forks Market and Johnston Terminal at 1:30 PM.
