About the Course
Do you want to know how to feel better, right now? Living Life to the Full is an eight session interactive online course introducing the principles of Five Areas of the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (“CBT”) Model, developed by Dr. Chris Williams. You will learn how to deal with emotions when feeling fed up, worried, or hopeless, and develop skills that will help tackle life’s problems.
This first 1/2 hour session will be an orientation to the course. The actual courses will run from Tuesday, May 26 to Tuesday, July 14 from 4:15 – 5:45. To join the sessions you will need access to the internet or phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed registering.
