Recent current events are naturally challenging our ability to manage stress and fee secure. This online course will provide you with an opportunity to connect with others to explore the various dimensions of our well-being and to identify strategies to stay resilient and focused on our self-care.
To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage these challenging current events.
