Anger is a necessary emotion; it lets us know that something in our life is off. This course will focus on developing an understanding of anger, its importance as an emotion, and explore strategies to help manage our anger when we feel overwhelmed by it. By examining the different anger styles and their impact on relationships, we will reduce the negative impact of anger in our lives, through the use of our own communication skills
