Do you struggle with your mood and energy level in the winter? Do you feel like you have cabin fever from staying inside and keeping warm? This online course will explore the challenges that come with winter and how they impact our mental health and overall well-being. Strategies will be shared as we will build hope for the upcoming spring. We look forward to connecting with you and dreaming of sunshine and milder temperatures!
