The Well-Being Learning Centre is launching its first-ever Book Club! Join us as we explore our mental health and wellness through the eyes of three authors. We will discuss, interpret, analyze, and delve into these works as we navigate the often-times challenging waters of recovery. The three books we will be covering will be: Self-Compassion by Kristen Neff, Hello, I Want to Die, Please Fix Me by Anna Mehler Paperny, and The Self-Confidence Workbook by Barbara Markway. This Book Club will require a six-month commitment, and the group will meet on Zoom every two weeks.
Course dates: Every second Tuesday, April 13 to October 12, 2021
