Recent current events can leave us feeling very isolated but even though we are physically distancing ourselves it is important to stay socially connected to others. This one hour live online course will explain social connection, and why it is important for our mental health. Key strategies to strengthen social connection will be explored. To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. Instructions will be sent on how to join in once you have completed registration.
