Powerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. This 6 session self-management program was developed by Stanford University and is led by experienced class leaders. Caregivers will learn self-care tools to reduce stress, manage emotions such as guilt, anger and depression, increase confidence in coping with caregiving demands, and increase your use of local resources.
