We experience many losses throughout our lives. The loss of those we care for and love, jobs, homes, friendships, connections and, we lose many things that hold meaning for us. This course will describe the unique experience of grief and explore how we process our sadness and feelings of loss. Self-acceptance is key to processing grief and loss. Grieving can last for as long as you need it to, and it is very personal to you and your needs. This course will involve many discussions.
