You may be experiencing a variety of emotions and experiences during these challenging times. Journaling is a way to connect with your emotions, record important experiences, and develop perspective. This course will focus on the art and benefits of consistent journaling. Emphasis will be placed on the unique approaches you can take with your own journaling practice.
To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to journal your experiences through these ever changing times!
