This course examines various perspectives on stress and provides practical strategies to respond to stressful experiences. We will examine two different kinds of stress and identify the benefits of stress, along with identifying several stress management techniques.
To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage during these challenging current events.
