Well-being can be described as the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy. This course will describe the various dimensions of well-being and impact of well-being on our mental health. This session is for caregivers who often focus their attention and energy on others leaving little for themselves. We will discuss compassion fatigue and exhaustion and explore the value of being a model for self-care to our loved ones. If you struggle to prioritize yourself, this is the course for you!
