Have you been feeling particularly tired and even exhausted over the last few weeks? Recent current events have the tendency to cause exhaustion for many of us, even if we are not very busy or active. This online course will explore sleep and fatigue and explain why you may be feeling so tired lately. The two types of sleep will be explained and the consequences of too little sleep will identified, and strategies to improve sleep and reduce fatigue will be shared.
To join this course you will need access to the internet or a phone. We look forward to connecting with you and sharing ideas on how to manage these challenging current events.
