Pilates and Connective Tissue Stretching are self-care methods to help you manage your health and feel great in 15 minutes a day! The connective tissue work in this low-impact course restores the regulators in the body, similar to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for the body. The focus of this course is on healing for the body and mind, not a high-intensity workout. You will learn great self-care techniques including the best 5 exercises for tension and trauma release. All abilities and conditions welcome.
